Introduction and about me

Having studied for 15 years at Gyumed Tantric University in Philosophy, Meditation, Psychology and Tantric practices; I successfully completed my studies in 2002. I have been very fortunate to have had many wonderful masters and even though I cannot begin to compare my knowledge with them, I hope that along the way I have learned a little bit, which I fully wish to dedicate and share with and for the benefit of all beings. I have been travelling to various countries around the world to make Mandalas and am happy to have been able to offer these in countries such as France, Germany and Italy. A great teacher once told me "If you can help people, this is very good. If you cannot help them, at least do them no harm" ...I try to live each day by this maxim, and I pray that each of you visiting this site carry these words with you in your heart.

Watch this space for updates on Mandals for 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now the important stuff...

I had the wonderful opportunity to study about buddhismand tantra in Gyudmed Tantric University. However, it is sad that many children from my village did not get such an opportunity, as there was no school available for them. In 2006 the first ever basic school started in my village, but they desperately need some finacial support for the class room, books and materials.

I have several friend in Belgium and Europe who also help me to organise and create Sand Mandalas. All of the money that the Mandalas I offer generate, apart from covering my basic living expenses, go directly to this and other aid projects.

If you are interested in supporting this project and wish to find out some more details, please contact me directly.

Introduction to the Mandala Specialist blog

Welcome to the home of the Mandala.
You will find here some pictures from Mandalas we have made in Paris and Nantes in November 2006.. It has been a very interesting month and I have been extremely pleased with the amount of people that showed up and took an interest in what we were making.

These mandalas are dedicated to the benefit of all sentient beings. They are an expression of a complex universe, a map of our consciousness and the palace of a deity host...

At the end of making a mandala, we clear it away, to symbolise the impermanence of all things - even the beautiful has a beginning, a middle and an end.

If you want to read a little more about mandalas, have a look at the following links:

If you wish to find out more about having a mandala made in your local town hall, museum, temple or anywhere else that people can come and share in the experience, then please send me an email (you can find this in my profile).

Thank you for visiting!
